So far I’ve found weights, rollerblades, and a rebounder

Okay, so the rollerblades I found are a little too big, but they’ll work until I come across a pair that fit perfectly.

When I started the 75 Hard program, I didn’t have any exercise equipment at all, except for my yoga mat. My husband has some weights out in the garage, but they are too heavy for me. I decided ahead of time that my workouts would be walking and doing yoga. I love Yoga With Adriene. Her videos are free on YouTube.

My walks started getting longer and longer, until I’d worked up to 5.5 miles a day. I’ve always loved walking, and the neighborhoods surrounding the nearby golf course are nice.

I also love doing yoga, but after a while, I decided I should branch out and try some cardio and maybe some light weight training for my arms.

I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on new equipment that I might not use, so I started browsing through the thrift stores.
