I read a book last year called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. He told the story of how he was broke and sick. While he was sick he studied the morning routines of millioniaires and successful influencers. The miracle morning is 30-60 min of personal development practices, daily, including silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading, and writing/journaling. He now has several published books, a YouTube channel, a Podcast, and a huge following.It really is possible to have your dreams come true, but it takes doing the work! Instead of hitting the Snooze button 5 times in the morning (like I used to), it's more productive to get up and do your personal development/morning routine.
